Some Important Administrative Notes:
1. Minimum Registration:
In order for the training to be viable, we need a minimum of 20 registrations by April 30, 2020 (about a month before Part I).
If you intend to register but need to wait to pay or need a payment plan please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. One option is to pre-register and reserve a spot. You will then receive an email to confirm payment arrangements and timing.
2. Course size and registration:
Attendee-To-Faculty ratio for trainings are kept low for practicum. This means that faculty is booked for training events in blocks of 10-trainees. When ten trainees are registered for a training, that training will then start a waitlist. When the waitlist reaches a number close to the next 10 trainees, faculty will be booked and those on the waitlist will be added to the training with the credit card on file.
To reserve a space in the next 10-registrant block, a deposit of $100 is required.
Spots on the waitlist are also used to fill in any previously registered seats that become available if someone drops out or is otherwise unable to attend the training.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
Refunds for training tuition are only available for cancellations submitted in writing 30-days or more prior to the training. If you cancel between 30-days and up to 3-weeks before the training, you will be refunded half of your tuition. Only medically documented illness or family deaths are considered as exceptions to this policy. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
If the class does not reach minimum enrollment by 30-days prior to Day 1 of Part I, registered students will be notified and tuition refunded in full.
