Since participation in youth sports activities can be dangerous, Fort Worth Aces Baseball Organization requires that all participants (and/or their adult parent(s) or guardians) to assume all risks associated with youth baseball by signing this general release.

 

 

I hereby waive any responsibility to any coaches or Fort Worth Aces Baseball Organization for any injury that may result from me participating in this DFW Prospect Camp.
