2. The first page and only the first page of your article must include the following:
  - All coauthor a) names, b) affiliations and c) contact email. Please do not include personal information on any page other than the first. This requirement is for blind review purposes.
  - Article keywords
  - Half-page abstract
3. If you are submitting a PDF file, it must not be locked.
