It is our goal to make you and your pet's visit to our clinic as pleasant and smooth as possible. In order to avoid long wait times for pets and their parents, we schedule by appointment only. At this time, we are not able to accept walk in appointments.
If you have a pet that needs to be seen, please contact our office by phone first, and as soon as you notice the issue arise. While we are not always able to accomodate emergency or urgent care cases, our staff is trained to determine the urgency of your pets needs, and direct you to an emergency facility when necessary.
When scheduling a routine care appointment for your pet, please let our staff know of any issues or concerns that you would like addressed at your visit. This helps us allow enough time for our Doctor to review your concerns and address them, without taking time away from another pet's appointment.
If you are not able to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may offer a spot to another pet that may need to be seen. We are happy to help you find a time that will work better for you.
Payment for our professional services is expected at the time these services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, cash, personal checks (with valid driver's license), and third party payments through CareCredit and Scratchpay. In order to focus on patient care, and keep costs low, we do not bill. If requested, we will gladly provide a written estimate for services, prior to your pet(s) appointment.
