Scholarship Categories

Category 1:

The Applicant should be a student currently enrolled and/or accepted in a Graduate program in the state of Utah (USU MPH/CP, USU MDA/GP, U of U MS/CP, BYU MSI/DI, BYU MPH/DI, or SUU MS/DPD). Students starting their graduate programs in the Fall, will need to have their acceptance verified by their program coordinator prior to the release of scholarship funds. Scholarship awards will be mailed prior to Fall Semester of the same year of the award.

Category 2:

The Applicant should be currently enrolled (1st year) in an Undergraduate DPD program in the State of Utah (BYU or USU).
