    I understand that I will be receiving a separate email to finalize availability, details & pricing. Only once a 50% non-refundable retainer is placed, will my order be confirmed on Jenn's Sweet Treat's calendar.

    I understand that my final non-refundable balance payment will be due 14 days prior to my pick-up date.  

    I understand that cookies will be picked up in Berkley, MI (48072) - JST cannot ship cookies under the Michigan Cottage Food Law.

    I understand that Jenn's Sweet Treats operates under the Cottage Food Law in Michigan and all cookies are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the state of Michigan.  (JST does follow all safety and food handling guidelines provided by the state for operating a home kitchen).

    I understand that Jenn's Sweet Treats must legally include an ingredient label on each cookie bag.
