Sudbury Pack 62 - Rock Wall Gym Overnight Registration

The Pack 62 Special Event - Overnight at Central Rock Gym - will be on Saturday, Nov 16 (starting at 8pm) through Sunday Nov 17 (ending at 8:30am).

The fee is $50 per overnight climber, and $15 per overnight chaperone. Pay online via credit card, Paypal, or check payable to "Sudbury Pack 62".

We need 15 parent volunteers to ‘belay’ for our climbers. 1:3 belayer to climber ratio.

Belay is the method of holding a rope system for a climber to catch them if they fall, and learn the knots required to tie into a rope end as a climber. This is required to use the high wall ‘top rope’ climbs without a staff or an experienced and certified climber. This is a great way to learn the basics so that you can enjoy roped climbing anytime on your own with just a day pass or climbing with friends, family or your kids. Belayers must be 13 years or older, and must complete a 45 minute Intro class, either before Nov 16th, or at 7pm on Nov 16. Pack 62 will cover the cost of the belay class.
