  • ARTillery Allied Arts Holiday Extravaganza- Vendor Application Form - Option 1
  • • Accepted vendors will receive an 8ft x 6ft space in which to sell work.
  • • One 8ft banquet table and chairs will be provided. Vendors are responsible for table linens and displays.
  • • Vendors may choose to sell either December 12 or December 19 for $40, or vendors may sell both dates for a reduced fee of $60.
  • • Deadline for applying is December 5, 2009. Vendors will be notified of acceptance. At that time, accepted vendors will receive detailed information regarding fee payment, set up, and event scheduling.

  • Submit 3-5 images of your artwork in 72dpi, no larger than 1200 pixels on either side. Label images yourlastname01.jpg, yourlastname02.jpg, etc.
