• IAFC Game Rescheduling Request

    Home team initiates game rescheduling, so only IAFC Rec 14U-19U Coaches and Select Coaches or Team Managers should be filling this request out. If you need to reschedule an Away game, please contact the opposing team.

  • Step 1: Fill out below questionnaire

  • Step 2: Field Scheduler to email you

    After your request hits their inbox, they will look over our internal IAFC master spreadsheet and choose several open dates and times as options for the reschedule, taking any Preferred Make Up Dates and Times into consideration.

  • Step 3: Teams choose an open date and time (after confirming with opponent) no later than 48 hours after our Field Scheduler responds to you.

    You must work with your opponents to confirm an open date and time for the reschedule and respond within 48 hours to our Field Scheduler, since time slots can not be "held" open for teams.

  • Step 4: Email field scheduler with confirmed new date and time

    Email field scheduler with confirmed new date and time that has been agreed upon, so they can update our internal master spreadsheet.

  • Step 5: Send an email to: Ga Soccer AGC, IAFC Field Scheduler, and Opposing Team Coaches

    Find Ga Soccer AGC from image below and then use the template to email all parties above new information.
