    4 WEEKS OF FOCUS is coming to BODi Sept 17th for instant download! We will be starting a prep week together Sept 23rd and then officially starting the program Sept 30th. Here's the challenge: follow the online workout schedule, follow a meal plan + check in daily! 
     

    We will working out side-by-side with actor Shay Mitchell of the show "Pretty Little Liars," 😍😍😭 as she’s trained by the incredible Kelsey Heenan.
