There are a few important things to note: 
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be traded in for cash. 
- Owning a gift card does not automatically guarantee a place in a class, prospects with gift cards must still claim a spot through the registration process. 
- To use a gift card, simply state in a registration form that you have a gift card of ____ amount in the comments, or send an email to info@123petitspas.com if you are already registered to a class but haven't paid in full. 
- Gift cards are valid up until 1 year after the purchase date. 

 

IMPORTANT: After completing this form, please send an e-transfer to info@123petitspas.com with the amount you stated above. Would you prefer to pay via MC, Visa, or Paypal? Let us know in the box above and we will send you an invoice instead.

Once we receive the total, we will send you an email with your electronic gift card as well as an information pamphlet about 123 Petits Pas so that you may print and give (or email) your gift to the recipient. In order to ensure you receive the email, we suggest you add: info@123petitspas.com as a contact.
