OSHP Scholarship for Non-Graduating PharmD Students

A merit-based scholarship designed to recognize an outstanding professional student enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy program at an Ohio-based College of Pharmacy. Candidate must be able to demonstrate active involvement in SSHP or OSHP. Eligible candidates include those Graduation Classes 2026 and beyond.

Please respond based on activities completed during pharmacy school only. State N/A in any field where the student pharmacist has not completed an activity. It is not required to have completed every activity to receive the award.
