Scholarship Application

Thank you for choosing to apply for our scholarship. This scholarship is granted by the Valley Forge Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.. The Valley Forge Chapter provides funds for student scholarships through donations and fundraising events. It is the intent that the scholarship be made available to African-American/Black students residing in the Bucks, Chester and Montgomery Counties of Pennsylvania, who exemplify good citizenship and demonstrate community service .

In order for your application to be complete you must submit two letters of recommendation

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION – SCHOOL OFFICIAL ( School Administrator, Teacher or Professor)

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION - COMMUNITY SERVICE VERIFICATION ( community or church leader, coach, club advisor, or nonHigh School Counselor)
