OSHP Student Pharmacist Award

To recognize an outstanding student pharmacist who plans to pursue a career in health- system pharmacy practice. Candidate must be able to demonstrate active involvement in SSHP or OSHP. Eligible candidates include those graduating in 2025 or 2026.

Please respond based on activities completed during pharmacy school only. State N/A in any field where the student pharmacist has not completed an activity. It is not required to have completed every activity to receive the award
