As the host of this party I understand that if any accidental injuries are to occur to any of my guests, that Dance On Pointe will not be held responsible.
I understand that the instructors all have the necessary qualifications and experience as well as hold working with children checks.
I give permission for Dance On Pointe to take photos and videos of the party and post to social media. If any child wishes to not be included in these photos please advise staff before the party.
No shoes, zipper clothing or jewellery to be worn on the apparatus.
I understand that I am subject to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit upon booking and the remaining amount 7 days prioir to the party. If payment is not made, Dance On Pointe will cancel the booking.
