4. Parking! There are 2 places to park and that's it. 1st, in my driveway or across from my driveway in either of the 2 spots that are marked with black paint. Do not block the lane for even a minute. Don't wait in the car blocking the lane. If those spots aren't available, you must park on 26th ave. Do not park anywhere on Fresno St. Don't fight with my neighbors. If anybody asks you to move, do so w/o protest. Legal spot or not, I don't care. Even if they're rude.5. You are making a commitment to pay and pick up what you ordered. On the day that you choose. I will do my best to get your items to you the next day if you forget or something comes up but no guarantees that someone will be able to put it away that night or be there to put it back out the next day. If I do not hear from you, it will be donated. Please do not make me a bill collector for your forgotten items either...
