For individual addressing, if you have a PDF with all of your addresses organized the way you want them printed, that is most ideal.

If you need us to setup the design, please format your spreadsheet the following way;

1. Row one should have the titles. Column 1 (name), Column 2 (address), and so on. The content is not important, just that the first row must be filled and cannot be an address.
   
   
2. Each column will be printed as one line.
   
   
3. If you have any special fonts you would like to use, please mention so in the notes field below. We will do our best to use those fonts or try to get something close. We will send a proof before production.

Bad Examples;

❌ Do not leave empty fields between lines. This will add an blank line between.
✅ Fields after the address details should be left empty.

❌ Do not use a column for a city, a column for the state, and a column for the zip code. This would place the zip code under the state, under the city on three seperate lines.

❌ Do not overfill fields. This will require the text on all of the envelopes to be smaller to fit.
36 characters per field should work well depending on the font.
