• USRC Safety Rating Checklist

    Based on ASCE 41-13 and the SEAONC Earthquake Performance Rating System

  • USRC Rating applicants may use this form to record the results of an ASCE 41-13 evaluation of the subject building to determine the USRC Safety Rating. This form may be used in lieu of the Safety Rating produced by the SP3 program developed by HB-Risk. The determination of the USRC Safety Rating in this form is based on the Earthquake Performance Rating System developed by the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California, which can be found here.

    The applicant shall attach to this document supporting material, including the ASCE 41-13 detailed evaluation and discussion of any judgement used to justify the acceptance of non-compliant items.
