Complete 7 exercises and record your best possible score out of 500 points. The duration of each exercise is 60 seconds and are valued accordingly. Equipment needed is a timer, jump rope, and a pull up bar. Exercises included are jump rope, push-ups, air squats, sit-ups, 1 leg balance (with eyes closed), pull up, and hand stand. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the the measurement on the scale. Good luck!
