Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with Sunshine Adventures (‘the Company‘), registered in Lahore, Pakistan and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

All bookings must be made through an authorised representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of PKR 1000.

Cancellation is only acceptable within 3 days of submittion. Under any circumstances this deposit amount is not refundable after 3 days of submittion of form along with the payment.

Sunshine Adventures will not be held responsible for any injury caused under any circumstances. Any nature or travelling incident might cause serious injuries upto pralaysis or death.

Any type of misbehave with management or co-traveller will not be acceptable under any circumstances and will result in strict actions. If you haveany issue you need to discuss it with management rather than dealing it yourself.

Smoking is not allowed in travelling vehicle, frequent stops can be made for the people who desires to smoke.

Any type of damage to property, vehicle or any other related things will result in fine including the cost of damage made.

Guidlines and Instructions

Make sure to bring all the necessary travelling things with you. E.g: Water bottle, proper attire, hicking equipments etc.

Temprature might fall upto 2 degrees so please make sure to have proper attire according to the temprature needs.

Please have a proper luggage which is easy to carry and travel for your convenience. Also, make sure to have your bags labled and nicely packed before submitting to travelling management.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
