Please read first before requesting AAVs
AAV titering

Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) or Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) is currently used to measure the titer of AAVs. Primer pairs specifically designed for qPCR/ddPCR are required as part of AAV production.

Before providing the details of your requests, check the "AAV titering" tab of the Primer bank workbook, whether or not, any of the following primer pairs is found in the sequence(s) of your plasmid(s) flanked by the two inverted terminal repeats (ITRs).
DNA prep orders and Plasmid bank

Please fill in the Biozilla order form if you do not have sufficient DNA and time to make DNA preps. The plasmid must be provided for banking (DNA, 3 mL overnight culture) before it will be sent for prepping. If the request is urgent, please make DNA preps in-house.
