    1. On your Driver App, tap on 'Order History'
    2. Look for the relevant order
    3. Tap on 'Help'
    4. Select the relevant articles 
    5. Fill up and submit the form if necessary

    If you would like to request for the Annual Income Statement or Weekly Payment Statement, please follow the steps below:

    1. On your Driver App, tap on 'Help'
    2. Select 'Account'
    3. Select 'Annual Income Statement or Weekly Payment Statement enquiries'
    4. Fill up and submit the form if necessary

    For Cleaning Fee requests, please email us at drivercare.sg@gojek.com with the following attached:

    • Photo of the mess 
    • Cleaning fee receipt.
