If you would like to request for the Annual Income Statement or Weekly Payment Statement, please follow the steps below:
- On your Driver App, tap on 'Help'
- Select 'Account'
- Select 'Annual Income Statement or Weekly Payment Statement enquiries'
- Fill up and submit the form if necessary
