  • What Is a Modifier?

    A "modifier" displays as a drop-down menu in the item. Modifiers work with a variety of subjects such as size, color, teacher, grade-specific pricing, registration type, and more. In certain scenarios, we can restrict quantities or assign price adjustment for each option.

    If applicable, provide payment plan information in the Payment Details section.
  • Customer Data

    Information pertaining to customer name, email, phone, and address is collected during checkout. If the item requires additional customer details such as parent/guardian, newsletter mailing address, please select "Other" and indicate below.

    "Go-Live" and "Turn-Off" control when the items will automatically be placed or removed from the Web Store. If you know the on/off dates of your item, please indicate below. If the item has no end date, or can go up once approved, you may skip this section.

  • Portal Reporting

    Each item requires its own Account Code (which is assigned to one Deposit Account) and Reporting Department. Verify the accuracy of the information provided for the item requested. If you have a similar or pre-existing data in Portal, your Account Manager will notify you.
