Prior to volunteering with Marist Catholic High School, you are required to create a PreasidumAcademy account. By completing the form below, you will be sent a link to create your account and a registration code to order your background check.

Volunteering is contingent upon a succesful background check. Per the new Senate Bill 155, your information will also be processed through the Oregon Department of Education. It is required to be renewed every three (3) years.

Once your background check has been cleared, volunteers need to complete the following courses in their PraesidiumAcademy Portal:

• "Social Media Security"
• Standards of Conduct "Know your Policies"

You will also need to attend an in person training:

• CASE training, Creating a Safe Environment. We will notifiy you of the next available date.
