  • To maintain our non-profit 501(c)(19) status with the IRS, the Association is required to have on file proof of your
    military service for full membership. This can be accomplished by some form of documents such as, but not limited to:
    • a copy of your DD Form 214 or VA card;
    • orders from the 10th Mountain Division, such as assignment orders, military award orders, promotion, etc.
