For damaged or defective product:
BLUSOURCE may need you to return the damaged or defective product. Please attach at least one photo of the damaged or defective items.
Please do not discard the product(s) until you have been notified to do so. If BLUSOURCE needs you to return the damaged or defective product, we will email you pre-paid UPS labels in which to return the product(s).
BLUSOURCE will cover the return shipping charge for damaged or defective products.
