CHRISTMAS MINI 2020

SETS TO BE DETERMINED. 

Christmas Minis November 8th, 2020. Sessions are $175.00 plus tax and are 15 minutes long. This are open to single families up to 5 people. Additional sitting fee of $25.00 plus tax per additional person. Due to time of session outfit changes are not allowed. The additional sitting fee also includes one additional image. Images will be provided with in two weeks in a soft proof form. Client will select favorites and those chosen images will be selected. Additional images may be purchased.

SESSION LOCATION: Session will take place outdoors with in 30 mintues of Ankeny. Locationi TBD.

 Session Fees

• Client agrees to pay photographer retainer of $175.00 to reserve mini session. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. At the time the contract takes effect, Photography By Kimberly Murphy shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that client cancels the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Photography by Kimberly Murphy in order to offset its loss of business. 

  The cost of session covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer.   Additional editing is available at additional expense to be determined by photographer.  Additional prints or digital images may be available for purchase. 

   Gallery will be available for up to two weeks.To reload gallery there is a $50.00 fee. 

  HIGH RES DIGITAL FILES WILL BE PROVIDED ON A GALLERY INCLUDED IN SESSION.  

•  Rescheduling

  At this time there is not a make up date for the Winter minis. If client needs to reschedule for any reason there will not be a refund issued. In case of emergency Client may use the deposit towards a session/package at a later date at regular cost.

  SICK POLICY: PLEASE DO NOT BRING FAMILY MEMBERS SICK TO SESSION. IF CHILD HAS A FEVER, STOMACH FLU SYMPTOMS, OR OTHER SYMPTOMS THAT CAN LEAD TO THE SPEAD OF ILLNESS YOU MUST RESCHEDULE IF IT IS WITHIN 24HOURS OF YOUR SESSION. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU BRING YOUR CHILD ILL TO YOUR SESSION YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS TO PROTECT THE PHOTOGRAPHERS/ASSISTANTS AND OTHER CLIENTS COMING THAT DAY. PLEASE HELP BY FOLLOWING THE RULES TO AVOID SPREADING SICKNESS.

   Re-shoots / Refunds

  There are no reshoots for all mini sessions.  Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Photographer is not responsible for missed moments. Photographer is not responsible for child's cooperation.  The cost of packages only covers the photographers time and talent. No refunds will be given on any packages. Once client receives images they may not exchange them for others.

   Archive

  After six (6) months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.
  
  

  Model Release

  I hereby give to Photography by Kimberly Murphy the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:

  a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;

  b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;

  I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
  
  

  Liability and Damages

  Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties on location or on photographers property. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

  The client is responsible for any damage caused to photographer's property and equipment caused purposefully or accidentally client. 

  Photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits after delivery to client, including damage caused during transit by US mail. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt. 
  
  

  Copyright & Penalty

  Photography by Kimberly Murphy retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release may be purchased with digital files to print portraits for personal use up to designated size listed on print release. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Photography by Kimberly Murphy during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.
  
  

  Session Requests

  *Session starts at the agreed upon time. Do to the amount of time allowed for a mini any amount of time client is late will be taken off the 15min time slot. If more then 5 mins late client is asked to reschedule or may not receive full gallery. 

  *Please make sure hair is combed and face is clean and free of runny noses or eyes.
