Requirements for Team Alberta staff consideration:

To be considered for any staff positions with Athletics Alberta Teams you are required to be a current member of Athletics Alberta, be in good standing, meet the coaching certifications listed below, and adhere to the Alberta Athletics Coaches Code of Conduct.

Head Coach - must be fully certified Performance Coach in a minimum one Athletics discpline.
Team Manager - Demostrated administrative experience.

All team staff must complete the NCCP e-Learning course called Competition Management for Canada Summer Games.
