• Information about Status Letter

    Status letters may be requested by current and past students of Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus to provide proof of current or past enrolment.

    Processing Time

    Status letter generally take 3 to 4 working days. During our peak period, the processing time is 7 working days.

    Identification Required

    When collecting your status letter, you MUST present a legitimate form of personal identification (e.g: student ID card, MyKad, driver's licence, passport) showing your name and photo.

  • Description: Confirmation Letter includes a student's name, title of course, course commencement date, semester enrolled and medium of language used.

  • Description: Fee Statement Letter includes a student's name, title of course, course commencement date, semester enrolled and tuition fees.

  • Description: Detailed description of Swinburne's English standard.

  • Description: Course Transfer letter is a letter to indicate the student has changed their course. It includes details regarding their new course. 

  • Description: Confirmation letter to support EPF education withdrawal.

  • Description: Articulation Letter is an offer letter to degree program. This letter is only issued to students who have completed Swinburne Foundation Studies and articulating into degree program.

  • Description: Internship allows you to experience real work environment and gain a competitive edge while studying.

    Internship is also a great way to meet people in your field. An internship allows you to meet people who might help you land a job later on and give you the contacts in the industry you are trying to break into. Plus, references from people in the industry will really add weight to your resume.

    Please note that this letter is NOT applicable for Work Integrated Learning placement application.

  • Internship Details

    Internship allows students to experience real work environment and gain a competitive edge while studying. They will be able to practise theories and case studies into real work scenario, thus able to adapt to the challenges and demands in the work environment. For Engineering students, internship is overseen by the Faculty’s industrial placement coordinator. It is compulsory for engineering students to complete industrial placement via the unit of study, EAT20008 Professional Experience in Engineering, in order to complete their studies. Please contact Coordinator - Industrial Placement for further details. If you have completed EAT20008 Professional Experience in Engineering and wish to gain further industry experience through a non-assessed internship, you may apply for an internship placement application letter here.
