Program Description:

Join three current members of the Bankruptcy Court bench for a timely discussion about recent developments in plan litigation including the limitations on non-consensual releases, the perils of pursuing competing plans of reorganization, and the evolving doctrine of equitable mootness. Cases to be discussed will include Crystallex, Aegean Marine Petroleum, WRGrace, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Purdue Pharma.
