  • Orders not paid with an OU Fund Number are cash personal orders and must be paid at time of pick-up. Cash (exact amount) or check (made payable to Oakland University) only. Printing Services is not able to make change and cannot keep leftover change from bigger bills. Please arrive to pay for cash sales with exact change.

  • MAXIMUM WIDTH SIZE GUIDELINES:

    Printing stocks are on a roll,

    therefore have a predetermined width and variable length.

    This order form uses "Width" as the maximum dimension for a roll substrate. This does not mean your actual project is not longer in width than length or vice-versa, just means your document does not exceed the maximum sizes listed below in one dimension regardless of final product's actual orientation. Exception: Mounted Rigid items cannot exceed 48" in either dimension.

    Photo Paper = 53"W (Not compatible with lamination)

    Photo Polyester = 49”W (Choose this product if lamination is needed)

    Wrinkle Free Fabric = 53”W (Not compatible with lamination)

    Indoor/Outdoor Banner = 59”W (Not compatible with lamination)

    Magnet Stock = 24”W

    Gloss/Matte Lamination = 53”W

    Dry Erase Lamination = 50”W

    Mounted Rigid Items (Foam/Gator/Corrugated/Sintra/Omega/ size = 48"W x 48"L

    Foam = 3/16 thick white semi-rigid standard foam board

    Gator = 3/16 thick black rigid foam board

    Corrugated = 3/16 thick white rigid plastic w/internal grooves for wire stakes

    Sintra = 1/8 thick white rigid plastic board

    Omega = 1/8 thick (Aluminum clad Gator board)

     

  • IF YOUR PRINTED PIECE IS GOING INTO A FRAME OR FITTED SPACE, BE SURE TO INDICATE IN SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. SIZE TOLERANCES ARE +/- .125 INCH IN MOST CASES.

    PROOF PRINTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON OVERSIZED PRODUCTS. YOUR PROJECT WILL PRINT IDENTICAL TO YOUR PDF FILE VIEW. 

  • Your document should be setup to these dimensions, but if not, your document can only be enlarged or reduced to proportionate scale. We cannot make a "rectangle a square" or a "square a rectangle". Please be cognitive of your sizing needs and ensure your file supports it.  There are no standard sizes as your needs may vary depending on space you are provided for your presentation.

  • ALL PROJECTS WILL COME WRAPPED IN BROWN CRAFT PAPER. PRINTING SERVICES DOES NOT SUPPLY TUBES, BOXES, OR PADDING FOR ANY OVERSIZED PRINT JOBS.

    ANY MATERIAL WITH OBVIOUS NON-CAMPUS TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT, OR COMMERCIAL IMAGES WITHOUT SOME FORM OF INCLUDED PERMISSION WILL BE REJECTED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR PROOF OF USE.

    There is a 1GB total limit, but individual file size cannot exceed 100MB.
