PUPPY CLASS INFORMATION:

*WEDNESDAY evenings from 6pm-7pm at Magrane Pet Medical Center.

*Open to all puppies 8-16 weeks of age.

*This class is open enrollment which means you can start as soon as your puppy has had the required vaccinations (1 DHPP + 1 Kennel cough). You don’t need to wait for the next session to begin.

*This class is included in some MPMC puppy care packages but can be purchased the first night of class as well, $175/5 weeks.

*Sorry, no refunds for unused classes.

ALL CLASS MEMBER INFORMATION:

Be sure you are prepared for class!!!

1. Absolutely no choke/prong collars are allowed! You must have a buckle/snap collar or harness for your pet the first night of class.

2. Provide proof of vaccinations via email, text or paper copy.

3. Bring treats or food cut up into small pieces for training during class.

I will assume full responsibility for myself, my dog, and members of my family attending the class. I also agree not to hold any of Magrane Pet Medical Center staff, Vet Tech Coach, LLC-Neika Smessaert, RVT, instructors, or any affiliates for illness, injury or loss that may occur to myself, my dog or my family member attending class.

There are no refunds for unused or missed group classes.

I agree to allow any and all photos from class to be put on Social Media, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram. Only my dogs first name will be used.
