Purchases are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- Is an item from the brand(s): Rejuvenation, Lewis Dolin, Schwinn, Emtek
- Purchase was delivered in the last 30 days
- Product is unopened in original, intact packaging
- Product is in perfect condition, void of any damage

Our team will review your information and email you within 2 business days to explain next steps. If approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

*Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping your return within that same (30 days from delivery) timeframe. If it is not shipped within that time, we cannot guarantee a successful return/refund. The item(s) must be carefully packaged when shipped to return in original and resellable condition. Once the return is marked as delivered, you should receive your refund within 10 business days.
