  • Payment

    A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. You may either pay in full or divide your balance into 2 scheduled payments. If you are making scheduled payments, the list of dates are as follows: 1/2 of your remaining balance is due 10/1/2026 and the remaining balance is due 12/01/2026.   • Liability Waiver, Terms, and Conditions

    Payment & Cancellation Policy: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Cancellations more than 90 days before departure will receive a 75% refund of payments received, less the non-refundable $500 deposit. Cancellations 61–90 days before departure will receive a 25% refund of payments received, less the non-refundable $500 deposit. Cancellations 60 days or less before departure are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. There are no refunds for unused portions of the tour, including but not limited to the Delhi Tour, Taj Mahal add-on, missed meals, hotel nights, or sightseeing. International airfare and the designated Delhi–Varanasi group flights are not included in the tour price. A valid passport with at least six months remaining before expiration and a visa are required for travel to India.

  • Insurance and Liability:

    Because taking any trip can incur delays and changes, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and yourself. We recommend Squaremouth Travel Insurance. https://www.squaremouth.com/

  • Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances:

    In the event that the retreat is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of war, pandemics, or other force majeure events), refunds will be issued to the extent that funds are recoverable from our partners, vendors, and service providers.We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of trip interruption, cancellation, or delay.

  • Waiver:

    I understand this contract and agree to release Roxanna Kopp Smith (RKS) from any responsibility of loss, damage, or injury that may occur on this trip. I agree to assume all risks associated with this trip including, but not limited to, costs resulting from travel delays, damage to myself and/or my property, or any incidents occurring out of the control of RKS, as well as any activities not associated with RKS. I agree that I have been given the suggestion and opportunity to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
