SAFEGUARDING CLAUSE
The participant is he/she who is aware of the fact that he/she and also third parties, his/her goods and/or third parties goods may risk damage, injury, commercial loss including resultant loss. The participant expressly takes risks. The KNAF, its sectional boards, its organizers and its assistants, board members, officials, promoters and their representatives, do not accept any liability for any damage/loss that the participant may suffer in connection with his/her participation in any trainings and/or races unless such damage/loss is attributable to wilfulness or gross neglect on the part of KNAF. The participant declares that he/she will not hold KNAF, the above persons or agencies liable for any tangible or intangible damage/loss including injury suffered by him/her in connection with his/her participation in any trainings and or races. Because of the Dutch law, a racing car must have a silencer, in accordance with the class regulations. Any special regulations can be obtained from the secretariat. They will be published on the official notice board on the first floor of the control tower. The races will be held under the International Sporting Code and under the national competition rules of the KNAF and the NAV bv. I/we declare unconditionally to be bound to the supplementary regulations and the other regulations under which these races are to be held. I/we declare that the entered car is in all ways eligible for the particular event, and that the statements are correct.
