Order of the Silver Trefoil - Chapter 7:
Gold Award Mini-Grant Application

The Order of the Silver Trefoil (OST) is a Girl Scout alum group. Its members are registered members of GSUSA, many of whom have been part of the Girl Scout movement for more than 25 years.

OST Chapter 7, based out of the Akron area, has a mini grant to support girls who are working towards earning the Girl Scout Gold Award. The purpose of the mini grant is to provide partial financing (up to $50) for those girls who have approved Gold Award projects.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The number of scholarships available and scholarship value are determined on current funding.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Currently registered member with Girl Scouts of North East Ohio
Complete and submit application form with attached:
- Gold Award approval letter from GSNEO
- Gold Award project budget
  
  If selected, mini-grant payment is made directly to the girl and must be deposited in troop or service unit account. If the girl is a Juliette member, the funds will be held by GSNEO and distributed as needed.

REQUIREMENTS IF AWARDED:

After completing your Girl Scout Gold Award project, you are required to make a short presentation about your experience at an Order of the Silver Trefoil meeting.
