CPX Overview

CPX is a course designed for individuals and families who want to explore and develop their calling to plant churches overseas within the context of a nurturing, encouraging community. CPX will take place every other Monday evening over the course of 7-weeks with a total of 4 in-person classes. On off-weeks students will have assignments to complete outside of in-person class time. Students should expect 3-4 hours per week of out of class assignments (reading and video teachings).

To apply for CPX, you must:

1) Have successfully completed ATS-Houston or another Antioch movement discipleship school.

2) Be an active Antioch Houston church member or be actively involved in a Greater Antioch Houston church.

3) Be an active Antioch lifegroup member or leader.

CPX is a prerequisite to apply for an Antioch Houston overseas field staff position. Successful completion of CPX means no more than ONE excused absence and successful completion of all reading, research, and study assignments.

Tuition cost is $150/person due the first day of class. Applications are due by August 26th.

The class schedule for the Fall 2024 semester is as follows from 6:30-9pm:

September 9 - Class 1

September 16 - Off

September 23 - Class 2

September 30 - Off

October 7 - Class 3

October 14 - Off (Columbus Day)

October 21 - Class 4

*Child care is the responsibility of the parent(s) and must take place off site. Subsidies and reimbursements are not available.
