  • Terms and Conditions:

    1. Setup/Teardown: All Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 8:45 AM on October 31st. Vendors may begin setting up as early as 7:30 AM the day of the Market. Cornerstone Enactus Team Members will be on-site and available to assist in setup and teardown. Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash-free.


    2. Staffing: Vendor tables/booths are expected to be self-run unless otherwise noted in the IAM Application Form.

     

    3.Vendor Responsibility: The Vendor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty. Cornerstone University expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Vendors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. 

     

    4. Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow, and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for market attendees. Booth size requests will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If you have any additional space requests, please include this with your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you.


    5. Acceptance: Cornerstone University Enactus reserves the right to decline any application for space if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the International Artisan Market. Status of acceptance will be communicated via email within two weeks after submission of this form.
    *Please note that acceptance times may vary during the summer months


    6. Application Fee: A non-refundable $10.00 application fee is due with the submission of this form.

    7. Booth Rental Fees: Full payment of the booth rental fees (as specified above) will be requested in the acceptance letter. This fee will be used to cover advertising and other incidental costs associated with the production of this event.


    8. Electricity: Electricity will be available as a first-come, first served basis as electricity is not available in all areas.
    Outlets are NOT guaranteed.
    Extension cords are not included and must be provided by the Exhibitor.


    9. Music: Ambient music will be provided throughout the space.


    10. Tables & Chairs: Vendors are held responsible to provide their own tables. Tables are available to be rented for $10.00 each and will be set up upon arrival. Each booth space comes with the option of 1, 2, or no chairs. The selection of chairs must be noted on registration forms. 


    11. Cancellation of Space: Application and Registration Fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health or other causes for non-participation.


    12. Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Cornerstone University Enactus team from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Vendors at Cornerstone University Enactus’ International Artisan Market.


    13. Applications: Applications must be submitted no later than September 7th at 5:00 PM. Please contact internationalartisanmarket@gmail.com with any questions.
