Thank you for your interest in Green Meadows Schoolhouse! We are a small, independent childcare center and preschool in Olentangy School District that serves families in Lewis Center, Worthington, Westerville and Powell. If you are looking to enroll or join our waitlist, you are in the right place!

The first step in our enrollment process is to call the school (614-502-7217) and schedule a time to visit. During our time together, we'll introduce you to our special community of families, children and teachers and answer all of your questions! You'll have the opportunity to see the entire school, meet with teachers, learn about our child-centered curriculum and see our scratch kitchen first hand! We'll also discuss the enrollment process while we're together.

Once you've visited the school, the second step is to complete this online form. As soon as you submit this form, we'll begin looking at our classroom rosters and upcoming transitions and we'll be able to either offer you a date for enrollment or offer to add you to our waitlist.

Green Meadows Schoolhouse is a small, independent childcare center and preschool that has grown quickly due to an overwhelming amount of support in our community. Everything your child needs is provided for them while at school in a sincere hope to make life easier for families who are part of our community!
All-Inclusive Tuition Includes:
- Open Early and Close Late: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Nutrition like you’ve never seen before in a childcare program! We all feel better when we eat well but the phrase “scratch kitchen” is thrown around a lot and few people in the childcare industry truly know what it means! From our muffins in the morning to our hummus and granola bars in the afternoon, everything is chopped, mixed, baked and served with care by our amazingly talented culinary trained chefs.
- Weekly menu planning and fresh produce selection ensures we provide your child(ren) with the finest quality produce and widest variety of ingredients.
  Menus reflect the season but the favorite meals and snacks make appearances all year!
- Fruits and vegetables arrive whole and fresh every week and never come out of a can, container or freezer!
- Served family style with friends and teachers in each child’s home classroom, meals are an experience at Green Meadows Schoolhouse!

- Daily care necessities for Infants:
  - Premium Quality Diapers and Wipes (always unscented and safe for sensitive skin)
  - Formula (Variety of Similac Formulas)
  - Dr. Brown’s Bottles
  - Organic Baby Food
  - Linens for Rest (crib sheets, swaddle blankets, sleepsacks)
  - Bibs
  - Burp cloths
  - On-site Laundering and Bottle Sanitizing
- Daily care necessities for Toddlers and Up:
  - Premium Quality Diapers and Wipes (always unscented and safe for sensitive skin)
  - Personal Water Bottle
  - Sunscreen (Banana Boat Simply 50+ SPF)
  - Linens for Rest (soft cotton sheets and fleece blankets)
  - On-site Laundering and Water Bottle Sanitizing
- Daily Curriculum necessities:
  - Access to a large variety and ever changing supply of high quality art materials, sensory experiences and a curriculum chock full of hands-on learning opportunities implemented by our on-site Curriculum Coordinator.
- All extracurricular activities including:
  - Our P.E. program (We Got Game)
  - Yoga program
  - Outdoor discovery experiences (on and off site)
  - Special events and holiday celebrations
WAITLIST AND ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Waitlist: Due to the demand of Green Meadows Schoolhouse, we do maintain waitlists for enrollment by age group. There is no fee associated with being placed on the waitlist. Once you have completed this online enrollment form as well as taken a tour of our school, you will be added to the waitlist; however, this does not guarantee enrollment into the program. In the event that a space becomes available, you will be contacted via phone and email. You may request to find out where your child’s name stands on the waiting list, by contacting Green Meadows by phone or email.
Enrollment: All enrollment information must be completed, signed and returned to Green Meadows Schoolhouse along with your child’s non-refundable deposit ($600 per child) and non-refundable enrollment fee ($150 per family) in order to secure enrollment at Green Meadows Schoolhouse. The enrollment fee is paid once per family and never repeats. The deposit will be applied to your account during your last 30 days with the school.
No Fees Means There's REALLY No Annual Fees: After your deposit and one-time family enrollment fee, you can be confident you will not be charged any additional fees while enrolled at Green Meadows Schoolhouse. Once enrolled, your tuition pays for it all!
