Vendors are asked to register online. Payment will be at the end of registration.

Vendor spaces are reserved on a FIRST come, FIRST served basis.

NOTE: Cancellation less than 15 days prior to event will result in forfeiture of deposit.

RVCCSC, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny any application for commercial booth space; such determination is made at the sole discretion of RVCCSC.

Set up time is 7 a.m., Saturday, March 28th, 2026.

Producer has final authority to determine the following:
- Location of Booth
- Volume of Stereo, PA or other noise
- Appropriateness of Product
- Tastefulness of Display
