Foster Application form

You will not be eligible for adoption if you :

1) are in between living situations

2) live in a rental or HOA with breed restrictions

**promising to register a dog as an ESA does not exclude you from this rule

I need to know a dog is safe in its home in case registration lapses or ESA laws change.

Please advocate for pits by telling friends and family to avoid rentals and HOAs with breed restrictions. Do not settle. Do not be part of the reason why pits have so few options in this world.

We will not approve your application if your plan is to crate the dog. We allow use of pens, baby gates, and closed doors to prevent access to certain areas of your home. We do not allow crates due to their restrictive nature. We are more than happy to fully assist in the training necessary to keep you and your dog happy in a more open environment. Keep in mind they are being trained in a crate free home while in the rescue and are typically very well behaved with the right positive reinforcement.
