Open enrollment for Spring 2020 8 week program begins now through March 19, 2020. Practices are every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please dress your children in comfortable clothing so they can move freely. Tshirt is included in tuition cost $90 50% sibiling discount available. Apply sunscreen/bugspray if applicable and bring sports/refillable water bottle. Sneakers must be worn to participate (no open toed shoes allowed).

Please note a 3% additional charge is added for credit card payments. You may also pay by check made out to Dominique Paxton, due the first day of Club. ALL children must be registered regardless of payment method.

My child's participation in the program selected is voluntary. I understand that the selected activities may involve accidental injury and hereby voluntarily assume such risks. Knowing these risks, I want my child to participate in this activity. I (on behalf of my child) hereby assume the risk, and hereby waive, release, and discharge Elev8 Run Club, its officers, employees, activity instructors and assistants, and all officers and employees of the school or community center sites where said activity will take place, for any and all claims for damages for personal injuries, or claims for damages to property, which my child or my child's heirs, assigns, executors or administrators may have or which may accrue to my child's participation in this activity.

This permission is valid for the Spring 2020.
