A2Z is designed to help buyers close escrow when additional funds are needed. We are not typical transactional funding. We provide only the gap amount that may be missing and required to complete the closing.

Funding availability is based on the private capital allocated for transactions at any given time. Once you submit your contract and pre‑approval, we will confirm the exact amount available for your closing.

Guarantees:
1. No fees to reserve usage of funds. Provide the required transaction information and you will receive a quick response regarding availability.

2. Fees are collected through escrow at closing. All fees are exactly as represented in writing.

3. We work with the escrow company of your choice.

4. Funding fee is 0.75% of the amount requested, or $1,000 — whichever is higher.

5. Approved without credit check. Your transaction is your passport.
