YouthFest welcomes both groups and individual ringers. Groups are expected to provide their own tables (brought or rented), foam, bells, chimes, mallets, etc. Individuals will be placed within another group.
Registration requires an active full membership in the guild ($95 per year) and will be added to the total registration total if you are not a member.

The following group information:
will be made available to other registrants so that you may coordinate rehearsals, travel and equipment. A link to a protected file with that information will be sent to you after your deposit is received. If you do not wish your information to be included, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Your group will be set up in a straight line. For example, many 3-octave choirs ring on 24 feet tables, where many 5-octave choirs ring on 36 feet (or more) of tables.
I understand the copyright laws and violations, and certify that I have purchased and will bring published copies of all copyrighted music used by me and/or my choir during the Area 8 Bring It, Ring It! Festival.
Area 8 events are held in public places where video or photography may take place and be published through various media. If you or any member of your group have concerns regarding this, please notify an Area 8 board member during registration on June 27 or 28. Releases (to be signed by parent or guardian) for those 17 and younger will be sent prior to the Festival, and those releases should be turned in at registration on June 27 or 28.
One chaperone who is over 21 years of age must accompany every six ringers age 17 and under to all YouthFest activities - rehearsals, meals, concerts, classes, etc.
Note: If you also have persons under the age of 18 attending the regular Festival Conference, the chaperones for those ringers cannot also chaperone youth attending the YouthFest.
HOTEL INFORMATION: Registration Fee DOES NOT include hotel accommodations. The Hotel RL is the festival/conference headquarter hotel. Room rate is $115 plus taxes. Reservations must be made by June 10, 2018.
