    THIS FORM IS FOR DAILY REGISTRATION of one ringer or non-participant attendee only. Daily registration includes access to classes, vendor exhibits, provided meals and concerts for the day.

    If the ringer will be 17 or younger during the Festival/Conference, a parent or adult chaperone over the age of 21 must also register on this form.

    Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $75 per ringer is due within two weeks of receiving your invoice, and the balance of all registration fees is due by May 1, 2026.

    Refund Policy: All registration fees minus $75/ringer are refundable up until May 1, 2026. 

    New registrations will be accepted up until May 27, 2026.

  • Hotel: Registration Fee DOES NOT include hotel accommodations.  The Festival will take place at the La Vista Hotel & Conference Center, just south of I-80 if you are coming from the east or west (12520 Westport Pkwy, La Vista, NE 68128). The Conference center is connected to both an Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel. We have a guaranteed block of rooms at both hotels for each of Wednesday through Saturday nights. Our reduced rate is $249.00 (plus taxes) for single or double occupancy.

    To reserve a room at the conference rate, USE THIS LINK and reserve no later than May 27, 2026.

    Those who choose not to stay at the festival hotel and live outside a 50 mile radius from the hotel must pay an off-site lodging surcharge of $25/person. This helps insure we meet our contracted room blocks, keeping all costs as low as possible.
