     THIS FORM IS FOR GROUPS (2-3 or more ringers) ONLY!  

    If you are attending with others in the same community group or church ensemble - YOU ARE A GROUP!

    Groups are expected to provide their own music, foam, bells, chimes, mallets, etc. Tables are provided!

    Attending with only 1 other ringer?  If you'd like to be placed in another group and use their bells, etc., please use the individual ringer form - it will allow you to request to be placed in the same group.

    Once your group is registered, we are asking individuals within your group to sign up individually for any extras, such as to order a Festival T-shirt, submit dietary needs, and request additional meal and/or concert tickets. Please enter each ringer's name and email so that we may contact them for this information.

    Registration for Bronzefest and other tracks are done separately from this group registration.

    Please note that a deposit of $75 per ringer is due within two weeks of receiving your invoice, and the balance of all registration fees is due by May 1, 2026. New registrations will be accepted up until May 31.

    Refund Policy: All registration fees minus $75/ringer are refundable up until May 1, 2026.

    will be made available to other registrants so that you may coordinate rehearsals, travel and equipment.  A link to a protected file with that information will be sent to you after your deposit is received.  If you do not wish your information to be included, email registrar.area8@handbellmusicians.org with your request.

  • HOTEL INFORMATION: Registration Fee DOES NOT include hotel accommodations. The Festival will take place at the La Vista Hotel & Conference Center, just south of I-80 if you are coming from the east or west (12520 Westport Pkwy, La Vista, NE 68128).

    The Conference center is connected to both an Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel. We have a guaranteed block of rooms at both hotels for each of Wednesday through Saturday nights. Our reduced rate is $249.00 (plus taxes) for single or double occupancy. Reservations must be made by May 27, 2026.

    Those who choose not to stay at the festival hotel and live outside a 50 mile radius from the hotel must pay an off-site lodging surcharge of $25/person. This helps insure we meet our contracted room blocks, keeping all costs as low as possible.

  • One chaperone who is  over 21 years of age must accompany every five ringers age 17 and under to all Festival activities - rehearsals, meals, concerts, classes, etc.  This chaperone can be an adult ringer.
