• All images included in this application should be accompanied by an Image List, with captions, information about the piece, and Courtsey Lines
• Supplemental Materials may be requested by the Selection Committee
• A non-refundable Exhibitor Fee is due within 30 days after acceptance by the Selection Committee. 

• Ensure that you provide accurate and complete information on the form and please take the time to review your answers before you submit. This information will appear on the AAW website.

• Exhibitors who anticipate charging admission should submit their proposed programming using the Exhibitor Application and be sure to mark “AAW Ticket Partner” under “Participation Category.” This includes the cost of museum entry.

Hours of Operation - Provide the hours you plan to be open during Atlanta Art Week. If by appoinment or closed, leave blank. 

• All images should be at least 1MB  high resolution preferred, 200 dpi minimum. 
• All images should be labeled, Caption should describe the image
• Only provide photos that you have the authorization to use for promotion.
• All images should be accompanied by an Image List with the caption and photo credit/courtesy line corresponding to each file.
• For artworks please provide the Artist, Title, Medium, Year, & Dimensions
