Vendor set-up takes place the morning of Thursday, March 18 (beginning at 10 am) and breakdown is immediately following the end of the show on Friday, March 19 at 2:30 pm. Early set-up and breakdown is NOT available. Should you need to leave early for any reason, it must be pre-approved to avoid a financial penalty.

If you answered YES or UNSURE to the question above, please know that The City of Manchester Health Department requires all exhibitors involved in the preparation and sampling of food be pre-approved BEFORE the event. (Booths handing out pre-wrapped individual candy pieces are not subject to this rule).

Written permission may be obtained by calling 603-624-6466. Please note: food products may only be distributed by an exhibitor if it is the principle primary product of the exhibitor.

Please attach your certificate of liability that is valid through March 19, 2027.

This insurance must be general liability coverage with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate and in force during the dates of the event, March 18 - 19, 2027, naming American Camp Association, New England (80 Westview Street, Lexington, MA 02421) as the certificate holder. The following must be listed as additional insured: American Camp Association, New England and DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown.

Booths with a RED DOT are UNAVAILABLE and already reserved.

Numbered booths shaded in GRAY are available premium/corner booths.

Numbered booths that are WHITE are available interior booths.

Lettered booths that are WHITE are avaialble half booths.

While we will do our best to honor company requests based on booth availability, ACA, New England reserves the right to make final booth assignments and considers adjacent and nearby vendors when making placements.
