Mentee Form

Welcome to the ADMEI Mentor Program which has been created to give new ADMEI members and conference attendees a personalized transition into the organization. This program pairs first-timers with ADMEI Member Mentors within similar fields of hospitality, allowing them to embrace and feel fully supported by the ADMEI Organization.

In this program, each Mentee is paired with a Mentor who has been a member of ADMEI for two or more years. The Mentor will be responsible for providing key ADMEI information to their Mentee on a quarterly basis via email, phone, Zoom/Teams, or in person. During the annual ADMEI Conference, Mentors will also act as hosts for their Mentees at key functions.
