REGISTRATION AND CANCELATION POLICY
Registrations may be canceled on or before a date 15 days prior to the first day of the convention, and the amount paid minus a $90 administrative fee will be refunded. Due to the administrative and financial costs AECT incurs beyond this point, no refund is available for cancelations within 15 days of the start of the convention for any reason. All cancelations and refund requests must be sent to the AECT office via the cancelation form. AECT is not responsible for event cancelations necessitated by weather conditions, transportation issues, emergencies (medical/professional/personal), illness, or other problems beyond the association's control.
REGISTRATION IN-PERSON TO ONLINE TRANSFER POLICY
Registrations may be transferred from in-person to online on or before a date 15 days prior to the first day of the convention, and the difference in the registration amounts minus a $55 administrative fee will be refunded. Due to the administrative and financial costs AECT incurs beyond this point, no refund is available for registration transfers from in-person to online requested within 15 days of the start of the convention for any reason. All registration transfers and refund requests must be sent to the AECT office via the transfer form. AECT is not responsible to provide in-person to online transfers outside of the above policy necessitated by weather conditions, transportation issues, emergencies (medical/professional/personal), illness, or other problems beyond the association's control. Transfer requests from online to in-person attendance will be charged the additional full rate for in-person attendance based upon the day the request is received.
